I’m a social media strategist and content creator with 7+ years of experience building creative, results-driven campaigns for wellness and lifestyle brands. I studied Communication with a minor in Print and Digital Publishing at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, where I developed a strong foundation in storytelling and visual communication.

I love bringing ideas to life through social media — from planning strategy and defining a look and feel, to filming, editing, and launching short-form content that actually performs. My work focuses on creating content that feels human, clear, and engaging, while still supporting real business goals.
